By enrolling in Sport Risers Academy, you agree to the following:

• Enrolment: Spaces are limited and confirmed only upon full payment.
• Health & Safety: Parents must disclose any medical conditions or allergies. While we provide a safe environment, Sport Risers Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during normal play.
• Cancellations & Refunds: (Adjust this to your actual policy) e.g., We require 24-hour notice for class cancellations to receive a make-up session credit. No cash refunds are provided for missed classes.
• Weather Policy: In the event of Red/Black rainstorms or T3/T8 signals, classes will be postponed for safety.
• Code of Conduct: We maintain a nurturing environment. We reserve the right to ask a student to leave if their behavior is consistently disruptive or unsafe.
